Dang, somehow my weight has crept up again. I am putting it down to trips away in our camper van as I always seem hungrier and eat more when am away in it. Going to have to be more strict with myself on trips!
I am trying to stay in full ketosis and keep my fat at about 80% of calories and maintain my fasting and 2 hour post meal blood sugar levels at under 5mmol/l.
