I know I've been uncommonly quiet the last oouple of days. I've been busting my butt to get some engineering recertification paperwork done; as usual, I have waited to the last minute, and I am under the gun. I'm still doing my 30 minute runs in the morning. I overindulged while traveling this weekend, but I'm back on track; just holding my own - didn't get to see any drop in weight, but grateful that I did not lose ground. - I have been kicking around some topic ideas for the Moderation Motivation group that I hope everyone will find interesting. In the meantime, don't be afraid to step out there and post some of your own. Everyone have a great Thanksgiving weekend - even those of you who did it once last month! - Very funny, Scotty, now beam down my clothes!
