I had a whole big packet of woolies soft gummies last night.
Now I feel like kicking myself.....I do so good during the day and as soon as all the homework is done and kids in bed, then I sit in front of the TV and snack.

One step forward and then a half step back.

Night time for me is massively difficult, especially after I take my evening medication. I find I need to plan what snacks I will eat, so there are less temptations. I ate gummy lollies the other night too!
