Well this is day four and so far I have my spring retainer out for breakfast and then brushing both teeth and retainers. Once I get them back in they will be there to stay till dinner! My cheeks feel a lil better today and I'm hoping for the best. I didn't know what this would be like but it's a lil bit more than I thought. However I will have my teeth back into place and that will help my self esteem. No cheating today! I'm gonna make my dinner early so I can just eat quickly if I get really hungrey. I'm trying to fast here and there and by God this is helping! Well I hope all have a wonderful day and thanks for the support! <3 Kitty
