I go back can forth between Weight Watchers (Simply Filling Method) and Low Carb, depending on my body's signals. This has been working for me. I've lost a lot of weight since I started all over again back on April 30, 2016.
I'm also under doctor's orders to continue this, as I'm preparing to have spinal surgery on September 19th. So far, I'm down 40 pounds and loving life...even without exercise due to being placed under drastic restrictions.
I can't wait to dance, jump, ride bike, swim, jog, and walk again...everything is so difficult and painful. I think this surgery will be a lifesaver and it will renew me. I miss so much. :(
