no weight change but, i have started lifting so my pants are looser but i weigh the same, still knocking out 200 cals of my rdi ...lets see if we can goose it a bit. plus eating extremely clean
139.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 71.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
