Yikes, my left knee is not feeling very good. Too much elliptical, too soon is putting a lot of strain on it. I have a nice, gentle yoga session planned for tomorrow, it should give it some time to rest before i get back on my machine on Thursday. Hopefully, some god quality sleep (which i have not been having these last few weeks) will help heal my muscles and joints right up.
Asides from that, the weight is not budging, but I have been feeling remarkable changes in my body -- my thighs are really hardening and I can feel all the fat being replaced by muscle. My core is also strengthening up and I have developed balancing on one leg where i was never able to do so. I just need patience, I know that once all of the muscle has been built, the felt will melt right off. I'm willing to be patient and see this through to the end, once and for all.
