Yesterday was a good day. I am trying to find ways not to become overwhelmed by studying, work, and exercise. I don't want to sacrifice one or another. Last night, I walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes and studied. I ate good yesterday. I was able to use portion control. I think I will try to walk 3 miles tonight. I want to see the scale go down again. :-)
