Well back at it. Did well at the begining of the year on the diet but when you have a husband who fights you at every move (with food) it is hard and I just gave in and went right back to the "old" way of doing things. But he is now at his largest weight and also he just turned 60 last month so now he is on board to follow the Atkins diet and hopefully turn our out of contrll eating around! It's a shame that I am 9 lbs heavier than the last time I weighed in 228 days ago!! Oh well we are determined!
