nagging need for exercise. i have the vicious cycle of insomnia - i can't sleep because i'm not active enough, but i'm always so tired that i can't get motivated to be more active.

Just wondering if there is anyway you could go for a walk in the evenings. I know for me that a nice walk and a cup of herbal tea will sometimes relax me enough to sleep soundly.

that is a lovely suggestion. some days i can - like today, but some days i work 3-11 so it is just a matter of getting me off my duff :) i do have some wonderful relaxing tea but again i really need more physical exercise as well.
