Ok..so I think I'm going to add another hundred calories to my daily intake limit because I keep losing weight. My goal weight was 130..I'm now at 119. I have been trying to maintain by eating between 1300-1500 calories a day, but it doesn't seem to be working, and I hardly ever work out!! So for the past few days I have been eating what I want, but still keeping track of the calories. I'm thinking the first of the year i will start doing 1600 calories a day and see how that works.. I feel like i'm getting too skinny..maybe not, but I don't want to look sickly. I think a weight of between 125-130 looks better on me...I never thought I would be trying to gain weight, I've been trying to lose it my whole life...

Hi! sometimes maintenance is harder than weight loss lol! sounds like a good idea to increase your calories and keep track of the results. please don't be offended, but I think you should get those calories in healthy and natural food, instead of fast-food... I only say that because of what is your diet for today. I could be wrong! Merry Christmas!
