Ok... I had a feeling I would gain a little back. Yesterday I decided to implement a once a week "cheat" meal & went out for sushi with my husband. The whole time I was worried about how much weight I would gain back! Needless to say, I'm cancelling my cheat meal! Yes, it was delicious!! .. But, to me, it's not worth it! I've regained my focus & I won't let this small downfall deter me from reaching my goal! On the other hand, today makes 1 week since I started eating differently & I've lost exactly 5 pounds! Last Tuesday I weighed in at 248.6 & today I weighed in at 243.6.
