Big drop today. I think I have been eating a bit too much sodium the last few days which caused me to retain water (probably from the sausages I used to make my casserole). One of the nice benefits of weighing every day is you help discover how your body reacts to certain things. Anyhow, feels good to be losing again. Workout went well today and my calendar is not too busy at work. Looking forward to the weekend.
