Doc checkup yesterday, and my BP was 126/78! woot, woot! It had been creeping in the pre-hypertension range for the past year or so, in the mid-130s over 85 or 90 almost consistently. Working on meditation, breathing, and other stress relief plus getting in my exercise the past 3 weeks consistently is working! I go back in December for my 6-month extensive labwork, and look forward to seeing how my numbers have changed.
