My weight is still stubbornly stuck around 188. However, my fat% is still going down. My scale tells me that it is less than 26% now. That's down 2% from only 2 weeks ago. I guess that's what you get when you finally get to add cardio exercises to your program. Muscles! Saw an excellent picture example of a woman who started a diet weighing 145 lbs. She got down to 120 lbs. but looked skinny. She started exercising and is back up to 140, but now she looks FIT! As long as my fat % keeps going down, I expect the weight will eventually fall in line too.
