I haven't weighed for three weeks. They've been a tough three weeks, but, I knew that going in. I only gained 4 lbs during that time, which is a minor victory for me. I've given myself four years to lose this weight, so, slowly we go forward! I don't think this will be too hard. I'm back on track as of today!

Don´t think about losing weight as a "passing phase" (4 years) in your life, think about it as a life style and you´ll see all the benefits... of course you can indulge from time to time, but always getting back on the train of a healthy life style :) Blessings
