If you are starting to workout especially with weights you may see an increase,but a good one! Your body is changing,you will be losing fat but gaining muscle which is great.The mirror can be your friend more than the scale if this is the case. Also remember if you are eating something high in sodium,especially the night before and then your weigh in is the next morning,your body will have kept all the water overnight. Everytime I pignut on sushi, I can weigh as much as albs heavier the next morning due mostly to the sodium in the soy!! Hope this has helped ease your fears a bit.Cheers.
