Five down, four to go!
Here is my phase 1, day 5 (Friday, 11th May):
09:00 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 01:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake, two green apples 04:00 pm - eggwhites/mushrooms/tofu omlet 07:30 pm - bowl of fresh cherries
I did 50 mins of bicycle workout today, had a lot of water and am feeling great. I have also noticed that my pants are getting kinda fluffy - now there's a rewarding feeling ;)
