Although I am up just a little, I am not going to fixate on it. Instead I am proud of how I was able to fit in exercise and working on my core strength again. Our bodies are amazing and I am thankful that mine works as good as it does.

Do you track inches to see if over time your mild weight gains are actually muscle?

@iamachristianjesusfreak, sometimes I think they must be because my clothes fit better, even though there is no weight loss. =)
