I need to step it up. I've gained 2 lb in the past 10 days, although I HAVE been seeing changes in my body due to working out. My legs are leaner and curvier, especially. So I think I'm still doing well, but want to get that weight down.
I had a really difficult period this time, which is finally over as of yesterday. I was just craving carbs and chocolate and salt. I also have an increased appetite during my period so that hurt calorie-wise.
