This week has not been the greatest esp as weight goes. The stress has taken over and reared it's ugly head. Eating has not been horrible and I have found several protein shakes that have not been horrible such as cocotein. I have race this weekend and I have not prepared as usual so I am really hoping on inner muscle memory haha. I started lifting weights using different dvds and although some are challenging I have fun at the gym which is something I have not been able to say for a while.
