I really think entering my food intake is soooo superhelpful!! My secret is that I enter the food before I actually eat it, like tonights dinner I put cheesesteak and fries, but when I saw the calories, I took out the fries and bread, and instead I am still having my cheesesteak, but overtop of Japanese stir-fried veggies instead.....yum!!
