So I have a question - well two, actually. This last weigh in, my bar changed from red to orange. I think this may coincide with my total loss to date being 10% of my body weight, am I right? Also, is there an FAQ page anywhere that answers questions like these, so I don't have to bother the group with silly questions?

I made this chocolate cake tonight that I make - it's freaking dangerous. Good thing I don't make it often, I had two (!) pieces and then promptly turned it over to the teenagers. It'll be gone by morning - which is REALLY a good thing. Teenagers are like walking garburators, bless 'em!

I've never noticed the bar color change but if you have questions just go to the Forums and ask : )

I believe the color changes are tied to how much of your weight loss goal amount you've achieved. Orange may be roughly 1/4 of the way, yellow about halfway, and green about 3/4 of the way. Blue seems to kick in when you're very close to your goal weight. Congrats on reaching orange!

^what KPW said. :) I think it's the 1/4, 1/2, etc vs. a percentage. Fun to watch/anticipate it changing.
