So I have a question - well two, actually. This last weigh in, my bar changed from red to orange. I think this may coincide with my total loss to date being 10% of my body weight, am I right? Also, is there an FAQ page anywhere that answers questions like these, so I don't have to bother the group with silly questions?
I made this chocolate cake tonight that I make - it's freaking dangerous. Good thing I don't make it often, I had two (!) pieces and then promptly turned it over to the teenagers. It'll be gone by morning - which is REALLY a good thing. Teenagers are like walking garburators, bless 'em!
