I decided that what I need to do to figure this thing out is to think of a menu ahead of time, find one that works (I lose weight with it) and just buy these items and eat it every day for a few days. I recorded one for 12/8/09. I'm in the OWL portion of Atkins right now.
Wondering if this looks okay. The carbs are a bit high. I'd like to be between 20 and 25 right now. On the weekends I'll do two eggs instead of the cheesecake. I just need something quick for during the week. I know that is a bit of a splurge for breakfast, but I'd like to modify the other stuff to work around that if I could just because it's easy and good. If I can't, I'll just have to go back to eggs every day with water, but I'm enjoying the cheesecake right now. I actually think it has a few more calories than listed, but the carbs are probably about right.
