I decided that what I need to do to figure this thing out is to think of a menu ahead of time, find one that works (I lose weight with it) and just buy these items and eat it every day for a few days. I recorded one for 12/8/09. I'm in the OWL portion of Atkins right now.

Wondering if this looks okay. The carbs are a bit high. I'd like to be between 20 and 25 right now. On the weekends I'll do two eggs instead of the cheesecake. I just need something quick for during the week. I know that is a bit of a splurge for breakfast, but I'd like to modify the other stuff to work around that if I could just because it's easy and good. If I can't, I'll just have to go back to eggs every day with water, but I'm enjoying the cheesecake right now. I actually think it has a few more calories than listed, but the carbs are probably about right.

Thanks for your help, anyone that can take a look and see if they think this will work for me.

Hi Renee', I looked at your food journal...are you getting enough calories for body type and activity level? One thing I noticed it your fiber is really low. A tip someone gave me is to group all your veggie carbs for the day into the "other" category so you can truly see the counts for those in one place. Then you will know if you are following plan or not. Try to eat meats without carbs in them right now as they look like they are taking up a chunk of your net carbs.
