continue my 16/8 fast.consumed 1117 calories during my 8hrs,too much. think 16hr fast will be no problem today. haha.

1117 Calories is too much if your trying to maintain 80 pounds yeah. lol. You are doing just fine.

haha have not seen 80lbs since i was a kid and that was more than 50yrs ago

LOL Kathleen! What calorie intake do your normally consume when you are eating 3 times a day? if you stay UNDER that, you are good, eating in a smaller time frame will create it's own deficit because your stomach will be full. Be mindful of what you eat, but eat until you are full.
