Ok I am glad this is a fat secret yesterday I completely fell off I went to checkers and had fries and a hot dog. Awful but so good. To be honest I do not like their meats but their fries are awesome. To add to this sliding I did not workout this evening and had no reason. I got off work early and just slept and watched tv. Tomorrow I have to get back on board. I can tell all my hard work is falling off.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week

Ditto what Mary said! Don't let one incident screw up all of the hard work that you've already put in! Every day, every minute, every hour .. we have choices. Your choice today is to pick yourself up, and move forward towards the awesome goals you have set for yourself. Envision yourself at your goal weight (or even a mini-goal weight) and keep up the great work! ((hugs))

I wouldn't worry about it too much. 1 hot dog and fries is not a big deal and you have to eat things you like of you cannot continue this new lifestyle change. As long you don't eat 4 dogs and 2 fries and a shake I think you will be fine. :)
