Well another good week 4lb off .This is wonderful as I was in such state before I went back to UK it was so very hot in Cyprus and I wasn't moving about a lot ,I wonder if I kick started my metabolism as I worked so hard when I was there. Anyway whatever, it's working now.I haven't felt so well for years my legs and ankles are really quite good now.I am really very happy.18st9lb I don't what to tempt fate but i would like to be in the low 17s by the time I go to UK on the 17th December. which is nearly 8 weeks away..
