Well...it's another week....another fresh start. I had a so so week last week. A couple of late night binges...just prior to period starting and during the first few days. I am trying again to get back on track. I did reasonably well with exercising but hope to do better this week starting with today. Yesterday I ate pretty well. I had 2 packets of oatmeal, 3 ritz crackers, 1 lean cuisine spaghetti dinner and a bowl of icecream. Here's to a new week of success! Cheers!!!
