I have been pushing myself to run faster and jump higher lately because at the end of the month I have a Much needed vacation. This weekend I ran a fun race with friends and of course I did my long run on sunday 6 miles but I couldnt get in my normal zumba class just did not have enough time to get there. This week I am hoping to get in a yoga class in my schedule. Tonight I should be able take a zumba class.
