so i'm struggling with watchin my calories...i really love food and the fact that i have to watch what i eat kills me but i know its for the best...i have days where i do really well and then i have days where i eat more than i should and therefore i go over my suggested calorie intake but the recent weight loss is definitely a big boost of confidence and so it makes me want to keep trying.
