Another day, another menu ;)

Here is my phase 1, day 3 (Wednesday, 9th May):

09:30 am - one small melon
01:00 pm - wheat bran, low-fat milk
03:00 pm - two green apples and a banana
07:00 pm - grilled tofu/veggie mix, dry brown rice

Unfortunately, no time for any serious workout today. Did do some food shopping to keep me prepared for the upcoming days though. I didn't expect the food preparation to take up so much time, but I will survive.

Stressful but very successful day.

Can I make a suggestion? While what your eating is great your not eating enough. If you really wanna start the day off right you need to eat protien for breakfast like eggwhite omlette or something one melon isn't really going to boost your metabolism like you need it to. Also you really need to incorporate some beans I've posted a few recipes that take very little time to make one specifically was a quiche of sorts was great for that protien boost you need in the morning and you can make it ahead so you don't have to spend time in the morning doing it. I hope you don't think i'm trying to critique you cause i'm not at all just trying to help you get the best results... Good luck!

Thanks for the tip! I am aware that perhaps I'm not eating enough, but with my work schedule there's not much I can do, but try to improvise. Day ahead food preparation is perhaps the way to break this rutine.

there is a great bean thing at Trader Joes...eat right out of the can...maybe 4 -- 1/2 cup servings...it's called marinated bean salad. You defintely need more protein. Also Egg Beater egg whites. Shake them and microwave 1/2 cup....voila

Make sure you're eating a little more, but I think you're doing great. Try to make time to exercise though. It really does help!
