My trainer wants me to give up my last comfort food. Ritz crackers with peanut butter and jam. I replace the jam with frozen fruit which made her happy and the peanut butter is a low fat variety which she accepted as well. She really now just wants me to give up those crackers. Has anyone got any suggestions. This is the only comfort food I have left on my list.
