The past two days have been difficult for me, diet-wise, because I have PMS really bad. Increased hunger, chocolate cravings, and fatigue/laziness are not helping my efforts. I have only gained 1.2 lb so far, but it's enough to scare me. I don't want to unravel my efforts.
Today I am going to try very hard to control my food. I had two eggs for breakfast, I'm having healthy black bean nachos for lunch, tuna salad and crackers for a snack and healthy chicken stir-fry loaded with veggies for dinner. If I really need more food I will make a salad with a little fat-free Italian.
I hit the gym two nights ago (even though I was pretty weak and unenergetic) and last night I played Just Dance for 30-40 minutes. So at least I'm still moving...
