I had forgotten how much better I feel when I don't eat all that extra food. Dinner last night was tasty, and I avoided the bread and only had a taste of the appetizer our friend ordered "for the table". I had to forego the wine that would have gone well with my steak, but such is life.

Have a great weekend.

Similar situation. We had steak last night for dinner too. Likewise, we skipped the wine. We don't need it all the time!!
