I definitely went over my RDI of calories today by 95. However, I did workout more than usual so I'm hoping that makes up for it. I did another kettlebell workout session and tried a workout with a core stability ball...I'm quite certain that I will be sore tomorrow. I think my problem continues to be my poor meal choices. I need to stop making excuses for that and just reform my eating habits. I'm trying to train myself to believe that it takes time to make those changes and that the more I pace myself, the better off I'll be in the long run.
