No change this time, but that's ok :) I've tried being up on my feet more this week, at least working around the house, and I'm afraid it's done more damage than good. When I finally do sit down and get back up again, I can feel the swelling in it. :-/ I really don't want to have to go to an orthopedist, but I can't be at the top of my game when I'm making things worse by not taking proper care.
