I don't know what keeps you going but the numbers motivate me. I try to keep the carbs less than protein. I try to stick to my daily total. I try to reduce the total by gettng some light excercise. And I look at my ticker alot. A lot. And see that weight going down :)

I find inspiration from others n umbers and the fact that my pants are almost falling off me. You are doing an awesome job.
