So I am holding steady at 128, technically 127.9. So I am going to maybe change something around in my eating.
I guess I can be happy I didn't gain. And I haven't been working out so that could also be why I'm holding steady. I do feel a whole lot better so I'm just going to keep truckin'.

Snack: 15 mixed nuts 185 cal, 15 fat, 5 carbs
Snack: peanut butter 123 cal, 10 fat, 4 carbs
Lunch: grilled chicken, collard greens 94 cal, 0 fat, 2 carbs
Snack: cucumbers 8 cal, 0 fat, 2 carbs
Dinner: Turkey salad 283 cal, 22 fat, 5 carbs
Totals: 926 cal, 58 fat, 20 carbs
I think I did a little bit better today..... My fat intake is high but everyone tells me not to worry about that so I'm not going to! :)
