Got home last week on Friday and have been eating what seems to amount to a lot of sugary stuff ever since. I am not sure why..but seem to be craving just about anything that I want..when I want it. Rebelling?.If so against what? In any event, last night I had homemade spaghetti sauce that was light on calories with small amount of ham, a lot of beautiful fresh mushrooms, a can of diced tomatoes and one can of tomato sauce..a lot of minced garlic, dry onion .Served it over whole wheat linguine. Making it was as satisfying as eating it. Listening to the mess of the upcoming election. .
Politics aside: I need to get back on track. Today would be a very good idea of when to start. So come on better thoughts..take over. Get over being home once again..quit celebrating the issue with food..get rid of the sugary cinnamon bread that friends gave me..welcome discipline and common sense and have a salad. Rig life for success!
