Its been a while since I have weighed in......been a rough and busy couple of weeks, the scale and I did not see eye to eye as it stood still, but I kept to my eating plan, and implementing Fasting to my Banting as well where I would eat before 18:00 and only eat the next day at 12:00.
I am in a battle to have a 2 figure in the scale under 100kg, and I'm praying I will make it before Monday.
Going park running on Saturday as I decided to enter the Exxaro 5KM Fun marathon in August. Wish me luck everyone. I have 8 weeks to train to be jog fit for the 5km as I really do not want to walk it.
