Here is my phase 1, day 2 (Tuesday, 8th May):
09:30 am - oat bran with low-fat milk 01:00 pm - small green salad, italian low-fat dressing 04:00 pm - grilled portobello mushrooms with garlic (mmm, breathy!) 05:00 pm - fresh cherries 07:15 pm - frozen banana
Just finished half an hour of indoor bicycle workout and enjoying that bannana. Joy001, you should try it, it's really good :)
Am I the only one here or are any of you also having trouble finding the right recipes for Fat Smash/Phase 1? Where do you guys usually find good cooking tips?
