Seem to be levelling off. Must try harder but if reduced caloric intake is not enough, then start adding exercise component. Need to get to 210 lbs & re-evaluate situation (also need digital scale). Have faith it is working and good for Elaine too!
106.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
