I did Zumba this morning, the 20 min challenge took me 25 min. I was drained because of stomach problems last night. I had to take a little break between the sets, but I still did it. I finally hit 200 lbs. That was my first goal, check!! I can't wait to see when it goes under that. I'm very excited. I did have to lay back down and get some rest after my cool down. I feel much better now, not very hungry, but will eat anyway. Gotta keep the calories for energy, right? Have a wonderful afternoon, everybody, and don't forget to laugh. :-)
