Kats, you're human! Try to remember you were doing good all day, don't blow it all over munchies (I need to remember what I just said almost every night!!). Someone really wise on FS once said- Sparkling water in the fridge helps.. It does!!

You just had a little "Snaccident"! It happens sometimes. I agree with smarty....sip on water - sparkling is good. If you are truly done with your day, maybe consider going to bed early? That also benefits our bodies when we are in recuperation mode during a good slumber.

I am 72 Y/O and i could ever stop snacking my whole life...that was till i started a keto diet....after 2 weeks in keto i stop and never went back and never misted it either...that was 4 months ago...good luck to you ...you will find a way when the time is right.
