Started taking a fiber supplement today after some comments I got on my previous journal entry. Hopefully it helps.
Also, if you're looking for a simple and fun workout, try Gin Miller's calorie burner workout with kettlebells. I enjoyed it very much and it really does make you break a sweat.

Great on the fiber idea. Start with a little fiber and then build up - the reason why? Well lets just say the body need a little time to get use to it but, once your body adjusts you will feel a lot better.
