Well...I exercised again yesterday...only 20 minutes on the treadmill but better than none! I ate reasonably well....pink grapefruit, banana, cottage cheese w/Blueberries, then came the Mcdonald's-medium fries and 2 crispy chicken snack wraps....then some popcorn and 1 ww chocolate smoothie. Didn't binge on late night snacks again-drank some water but only 2 svgs.-one bottle. Here's to another good day of eating & exercising!
