Well I have started a diet plan today, it is my own take on the very popular Adkin's diet, with the no carbs and such. For me, I cannot live without bread or pasta, so I have created my own twist. The reason why I am doing this is to be healthy, being overweight runs in my family and I want to end that trend. I am doing this for myself, to be happy with my life.
