I'm not altogether surprised. I had a shocking loss of nearly 6 pounds last week, it makes sense that there would be balancing to be done. It is deflating though, having reached the 70 pounds mark last week, only to be above it again today. It's the only explanation I can think of. Diet was fine, and workouts were typical, and women's problems are still a few weeks away. Stay the course.
