Thank goodness the weekend is over. I was horrible and I'm not even going to weigh myself this morning. I know I'll see a number that I don't want to and I'm afraid it's going to discourage me too much, and that may not help me get back on track (big time emotional eater). I'm not going to beat myself up, I'm only going to admit that I made poor choices and put it behind me. Back to basics, and no more excuses!
