Goal for this week: Drink at least 3 glasses of water a day. don't eliminate any foods yet. just add water. :) Second goal this week: try to work out twice this week.
Especially since it's Thanksgiving week, I don't want to feel deprived. I realized that whenever I try harder to eliminate all at once the junk, I ALWAYS fail. So I'll try something new tomorrow. I'll just start adding healthy food until I'm used to adding healthy and then gradually eliminate junk! think it will work?
